As we navigate through year three of COVID and begin to feel more comfortable in the new normal, we are excited to see our communities flourish and events take place to benefit the amazing non-profit organizations that help our citizens shine. This is especially exciting at ADKF because that means our family can once again support, volunteer, and help our clients and community friends where they need it most.
On March 15, 2022, ADKF was honored to attend the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy’s Into the Wild We Go dinner celebrating the completion of the L.B. Tobin Land Bridge and honoring former Mayor Phil Hardberger on his remarkable tenure as President of the Conservancy. Guests enjoyed an evening at the park, which features some of the most beautiful natural settings in San Antonio. We were able to catch up with community leaders and salute the amazing work the Conservancy does. Not only did we have a group of ADKFers attend the event, but also a group of our fabulous volunteers were on hand to help the evening run smoothly. Our volunteers assisted with registration and fundraising by selling books to the event guests.
At ADKF, we take pride in supporting our clients and friends in the community. We look forward to many more events like this one.
