For Hernandez, seeing children in the cars and exclaim that one day they will own one, is not only heartwarming, but serves as a reminder for what Ferrari means to the community. The brand has a large and loyal fan base, and for Carabias and Hernandez, the dealership doors are always open to those wanting to learn about, love on, and become part of the Ferrari family.

Something unique about Ferrari is that every one of the team members loves the brand. It is the dedication to Ferrari that keeps the team focused on providing only the best experience. Additionally, Hernandez cites the hiring of Robert Cardona, Sales Manager, as a huge success for the dealership. “He is passionate about the brand and the staff.” Since his onboarding, the team members of Ferrari of San Antonio have become family and now work together to accomplish one goal – elevated customer service. This newly invigorated attitude has created a shift in the dealership. So much so, that the largest challenge Ferrari of San Antonio faces is the increasingly high demand. There are not enough cars for every interested customer. Hernandez provided insight to how the dealership combats this problem. “It’s all about helping people achieve their goals.” The team works personally with every customer and sets up a game plan which will ultimately put everyone in the driver’s seat of his or her dream car!
The San Antonio dealership has expanded and changed a lot within the last few years. The dealership’s state of the art facility opened in 2017 which brought with it an abundance of new financials to manage. This growth led Ferrari to ADKF for full accounting services. According to Carabias, part of the success of the dealership can be credited to the team at ADKF. “It’s more than just bookkeeping and accounting, they help advise with special projects.” Additionally, the ADKF team ensures that the dealership never misses a deadline or incurs any late fees or penalties. “We don’t have to worry about the financials, and we can focus on the cars.” By taking the accounting burden off the dealership, Carabias, Hernandez, and the entire team is able to pour their time and energy back into their customers.
