As an Administrative Assistant, Audit you will work in a collaborative environment and work on diverse projects. In this role, you will provide support to multiple teams. We pride ourselves on exemplary client service.

Position Type: Full Time; In office  

Location: San Antonio

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent, some college desired

• 3 years recent, relevant experience in an administrative role, preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, ability to learn new software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems (recordkeeping, filing)

• Ability to lift/move 15 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Report preparation/production

• Prepares firm and client communications

• Assists with department scheduling

• Maintains filing systems as assigned

• Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and related documents

• Responds to and resolves inquiries and questions

• Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment

• Other duties as needed and assigned

 

Expectations:

• A high level of attention to detail

• Understanding overtime requirements during busy season
